Join us for a unique small group class focused on runners of all levels on Sunday, March 24th at 1pm
Mindfulness For Runners: In Your Seat and On Your Feet Cost: $20 per person Event Details: We will begin at the studio of Meg Donnelly, Licensed Massage Therapist with an in studio runner-focused mindfulness talk led by Yogi Gretchen Schutte of Tulaprana Yoga + Wellness. Afterwards, Running Coach Jenlene Nowak will lead a group run incorporating a new sense of mindfulness. Celebrate a great run as we end back at the studio for tea or filtered water and a chance to win a 30 minute massage.
