NoVA Weekend Warriors on HCTV Episode 7: White House to Light House - 343 Miles, 12 Runners, 3 Days

Community Television Studio Set with Host Meg Donnelly, LMT Interviewing the White House To Light House Relay Runners

On episode 6 of NoVA Weekend Warriors on HCTV, Meg interviews the runners of the first White House to Light House relay #WH2LH, which was comprised of members of local running clubs including Trottin' Oxen, Old Town Herndon Happy Hour Runners, Pacers Runners, Joggers and Lagers, November Project, Pacers Arlington Track Crew and Pacers Social Runs. This was their first attempt and you'll hear all about their successes, the challenges they had to overcome along the way, and whether or not they completed the challenge and whether or not this will become an annual event! Sponsors of the relay included Old Ox Brewery, Studio One Printing, Red Effect Gym, Green Lizard Cycling and Pacers. Unexpected support and cheering provided along the way by Luter YMCA, Trottin Oxen Run Club Virtual Cheering Squad and even a Truck Stop Shower?!
